Website Manager
Part-time @ $300/month

SUMMARY:

Designs and manages the RBBC website in such a way that effectively communicates the church ministries to the community and leads people into a life-changing, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• A growing relationship with God that is lived out before others.

• A healthy network of relationships with regular attendees and new guests at RBBC.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge and proficiency in website design and management tools.

• Enjoys making state of the art changes in the appearance, appeal, navigation, and functionality of websites.  

• Endorses RBBC’s mission, vision, values and statement of faith.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with the church office in updating the website with current ministries.

• Gears website for those who would connect with the church through this medium.

• Regularly explores other church websites that are on the cutting edge of web designs and content.    

• Works with office staff in creating logos for sermon series to be posted on the website.   

• Trains office staff to make routine changes and postings in the church calendar!

• Seeks ways to use the website to steer visitors toward a growing relationship with Christ.

 RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to Office Manager.

• Works with other leaders wishing to post ministries on the website.

• Coordinates with Executive Pastor.
